WE PROVIDE CUSTOM-DESIGNED
IN-BUILDING WIRELESS SOLUTIONS FOR HOSPITALITY

Industrial Communications provides custom-designed in-building wireless solutions for the hospitality industry. We have decades of experience working with Florida hotels, resorts, convention centers, museums and casinos.

Hospitality venues require fully integrated systems with reliable cellular coverage to improve the wireless connectivity of your mobile workforce (bellhops, housekeepers, caterers and maintenance) to do their jobs. They need coverage beyond just the guest rooms and the lobby, but also in difficult-to-reach areas. Even more than your guests, they depend on communications for timely and cost-effective operations.

Boosting Communications Signals in Hospitality Venues

We design, install, maintain and certify Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) to amplify radio frequency and cellular signal inside large buildings and facilities as well as sprawling campus environments. Equipping your venue with a Distributed Antenna System (DAS) provides wireless coverage in every building, meeting the needs of guests, management, large meeting and conference attendees, employees, contractors and visitors.

We offer DAS solutions for many types of hospitality venues:

  • Hotels
  • Resorts
  • Casinos
  • Convention centers
  • Museums

Hospitality is an industry that has an immense expectation from its guests about its wireless communications. Today, mobile technology and social media act as the platform for businesses to promote their services and offerings for customers to make reservations through tablets and phone apps. Social media also provides customers a platform to praise or critique their experience. Therefore, the success of businesses is dependent on customers' satisfaction and their praises for the services. If your guests can’t find a reliable signal, then they won’t be guests again. We provide exceptional hospitality Wi-Fi solutions that will delight your guests.

Industrial Communications' DAS solutions provide robust connectivity throughout your property to increase guest satisfaction ratings and loyalty, meet the needs of your workforce, and enable employees, security, maintenance and public safety personnel to communicate everywhere — from the lobby to the guests rooms; expansive convention and meeting areas; tunnels; elevators; parking structures; common areas; and everywhere in between.

Commercial Cellular Booster Solutions

Industrial’s commercial cellular booster solutions for hospitality are ideal to enable hotel administrators and staff to deliver efficient operations and enhanced guest experience in any hotel, resort, convention center, museum, casino, and anything that covers tourism or for leisure.
